⏱️ How long does the fingerprinting process take?

Most in-office fingerprinting appointments take just 10–15 minutes per person. Mobile appointments may take slightly longer depending on group size. Our advanced LiveScan system ensures quick capture and instant submission.

📨 How soon will results be available?

Results are sent directly to the requesting agency (not to the applicant). Processing time varies by agency, but in most cases, results are available within a few days. We Scan Hub ensures every submission is compliant and error-free.

🚶 Do you accept walk-ins?

Appointments are strongly recommended to guarantee service, but walk-ins may be accepted based on availability. Booking online or calling ahead ensures the fastest turnaround.

🚐 Do you provide mobile fingerprinting?

Yes! We offer on-site mobile LiveScan fingerprinting for businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and large groups throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. Mobile services include group discounts for 5+ people.

💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and other standard forms of payment. For businesses and organizations, we can arrange invoicing upon request.

🌍 What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve clients in Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County. Our mobile team can also travel to your location for added convenience.

🖊️ Can you notarize documents at closings?

Yes. Our licensed notaries provide in-office and mobile notarization services for real estate closings, contracts, affidavits, and general legal documents. We ensure every document is signed, sealed, and handled correctly.

📷 Do you provide passport and visa photos?

Absolutely. We capture and print U.S. passport and visa-compliant photos on-site in minutes. This service can be added to your fingerprinting or notary appointment for convenience.

🧬 Do you provide DNA testing?

We partner with accredited laboratories to provide accurate and confidential DNA testing services. Pricing averages between $150–$200 depending on the type of test requested.
